Focus on … women's cricket
We’re an up and coming club at Sussex, and proved this by winning ‘Most Improved Team’ in 2011. Our ethos is centered around having fun and showing people that cricket really isn’t as boring as it looks on TV!
We welcome everyone to the team, regardless of playing ability/experience, whether you are a complete newbie or county player; you’ll find our training sessions will suit you.
We also go out on team socials every Wednesday, with a different fancy dress theme each week. These nights always prove to be great fun, and everyone can come along! As well as Oceana nights, we go for team meals, film nights, and bowling, so there’s no excuse not to get involved!
This year we’re lucky enough to be going away TWICE as a team. Firstly to Amsterdam in December and then to Croatia in March!
Both these trips are set to be absolutely fantastic, so feel free to come along too! Training: every Saturday (starting Oct 8th) 1-3pm Sports Centre
