Annie Mac: Presents
Thursday 8th: Digital
Annie Mac returns to Digital – for fresher’s: provider of one of the best Friday nights out (as long as Oceana isn’t your favourite kind of club). This Thursday, Annie Mac hosts a night of emerging dub, dnb and electro acts, and spins a few sets of her own. Definitely not a night to miss. Get tickets early on the web, and get down there late when the club is packed and the walls are shaking with the club’s infamously loud soundsystem.
Freshers’ Ball
Saturday, 10th: Brighton Centre
People working at the Brighton Centre for last year’s event had to stay cleaning up until 7 in the morning, so I’m told. Perrenial Sussex Fresher’s Ball fave Zane Lowe returns to preside over the massive arena, which will be filled with new Sussex and Brighton University students, and acts such as Pendulum and indie underdogs Bombay Bicycle Club.
