Albion host Reading this coming Tuesday in another vital Championship fixture, with victory potentiality lifting The Seagulls into the coveted automatic promotion places.

Reading come into the game on the back of a narrow FA Cup defeat against Crystal Palace, and the Premier League side left to late to battle past Brian McDermott’s Royals in a thrilling cup tie. Despite their sparkling tournament run, Reading have been notoriously inconsistent in the league, and lie in a dreary 15th place.

Brighton have veered from the spectacular to the mediocre in recent weeks, and this is perfectly encapsulated in their last four games: two comprehensive 4-0 victories have been followed by two goalless draws.

Albion will be hoping the dynamic midfield due of Jamie Murphy and¬†Anthony Knockaert can provide the piece of magic that so often defines these tight games and push Brighton into the peak of the promotion mix. With the season’s dusk approaching, Albion will be confident of securing a play-off spot, but remain intensely focused on finishing in the top two places.

With a crunch game with fellow promotion contenders Burnley on the horizon, Brighton will see this as a must win fixture in a league that remains wonderfully unpredictable.

Group ticket deals and U21 reductions are available for the crucial clash!
