Hamish Reid was definitely the outstanding player for us this week. His commitment to training has really shown in his performance tonight.
He kept the ball alive in times of doubt, he blocked well and he made a lot of very good spikes that won us points. He covered well and passed to the setter very well. His serving today was exceptional, serving powerfully at the weak players and constantly changing it up to keep the other team guessing and confused.
To sum up, he had a pretty much flawless game, kept his head up and did the job he was meant to and it helped us a lot in making sure that we won.
